Yes, customers can utilize our “Bring your Own Bundles “ services. R.JayeHair is not responsible for shipping cost of bundles to be received.

*Color services are only provided for units using our ( R.Jaye Hair ) extensions.

Color Services (For Units only )

Color services are considered a “ custom unit” piece. Color services will only be rendered for hair provided from R.Jaye Hair. Color is no longer provided for our “ bring your own bundles” services.

Color service process and shipping times are 3-5 days longer than other “ custom units” or ready to ship wigs.

If there is a “ Ready to ship” wig that you would” like a color service added to , please utilize the drop down menu to “ add color service”

For ready to ship units, Shipping may take 5-7 business days after your order is placed.

For custom units Shipping may take 7-10 business days AFTER your custom unit is constructed. Processing time depends on whom ( R.Jaye Hair or customer) is providing the extensions.

Measurements are only required for custom units.

A Chart is provided on this page and in the description of each unit on how to take proper measurements. At the end of each purchase a survey will be provided to record your measurements. It is recommended that measurements are taken with help and with the braid down pattern that will be worn under your unit for accuracy.

“Custom units” are made with head measurements provided by customer. Each custom unit is tailored to you providing the best fit. These wigs take longer to receive, however they are worth the wait.

“Ready to ship” are constructed using standard sizes ( S-21”, M-22”, L-23” ) and are sold on a first buy, first shipped basis. Each ready to ship wig style is made monthly with limited quantity in each style.
